Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect item, or an error on our part, Ceroiamall will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after receiving the package in accordance with this policy.
