We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and the order has been approved for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

Pricing or technical errors.
Product unavailability.
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

If your order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

We accept secure payment methods supported by Shopify and our authorized payment providers.

6. Shipping

Shipping is provided in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders of $39 USD or more.
Orders under $39 USD are subject to a $5.99 USD Standard Shipping fee.
Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 8–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before making a purchase.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Customers may instead request a return after receiving the order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

Ceroiamall shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
